How the credit & priority work
Credit equals dues actually paid before your first eligible repair that calendar year, up to that invoice’s amount. No cash value, advance credit or rollover. Unused credit expires December 31. Dues paid after the first repair do not create a second repair credit that year. Priority is subject to availability; emergency or same-day service is not guaranteed. Final enrollment and cancellation terms will be provided before billing begins.

Can I hire a handyman for just one small repair?
Yes. Request a handyman estimate for one drywall patch, a sticking door, shelf installation, furniture assembly or several small home repairs. Include your city or ZIP code so we can confirm availability in Grand Blanc, Goodrich, Fenton, Clarkston or Holly.
Do you take on small jobs?
Yes. A sticking door, damaged drywall or a short punch list is exactly where to start. Tell us what needs attention so we can confirm the scope and provide an estimate.
Can you also handle a larger renovation?
Yes. Ask about kitchens, bathrooms, basement finishes and broader home improvements. We’ll discuss the scope, budget and next steps separately from your repair request.
How does the membership credit work?
HomeCare is $25 per month. Only dues actually paid in the current calendar year are available as credit toward your first eligible repair invoice that year. For example, six paid months creates $150 of credit. Future dues are not advanced. Unused credit expires December 31 and does not roll over. The credit cannot exceed the repair invoice or be redeemed for cash.
What does priority scheduling mean?
Members receive priority over standard requests for the next suitable appointment, subject to crew availability and the work required. It is not a guarantee of same-day or emergency service.
Can I subscribe online?
You can register your interest now. Membership enrollment and recurring billing are not yet available online. No payment is collected and no subscription begins when you submit an inquiry.
Do you handle electrical, plumbing or structural work?
Describe your project and we’ll confirm whether it is within our scope. Work requiring a licensed trade or permit must be assessed and handled by appropriately qualified professionals.
